Executive Director’s Bio

Wyandanch Homes and Property Development Corporation is led by the Executive Director, Ayesha K. Alleyne. Ms. Alleyne has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College and a Master of Public Administration and Non-Profit Management Degree from Long Island University, Post.

Ms. Alleyne has worked for Wyandanch Homes and Property Development Corporation since 2002. Prior to becoming the Executive Director, she was the Director of Program Services and has brought new ideas, new relationships, and positive changes to the program. She has been responsible for working directly with our clients for twelve years.

Ms. Alleyne is extremely knowledgeable about the community of Wyandanch and the needs of our participants. 

Chanée Hammonds Bio

Chanée Hammonds is the Associate Director of Wyandanch Homes and Property Development Corporation. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the Field of Psychology from Hofstra University and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with specialization in Early Childhood Education from Nassau Community College.

Ms. Hammonds began her journey at Wyandanch Homes and Property Development Corporation in 2010 as a Case Manager. Chanée is very passionate about helping our clients unlock their true potential and utilizes a “People Centered” approach to addressing the needs/ goals of the families.
